Cryogenic Trapping of water vapor for Vacuum Roll coater which need highly efficient and fast cycle cryogenic freezing capacity against water vapor in high and ultra high vacuum level condition and against heavy water load from various kinds of substrates. Can be installed either in chamber or on front side of Diffusion or Turbo Pumps.
