The series of glass coaters or metallizers are specially designed for coating mirrors or large-sized act wall glass, equipped with well designed substrate racks and conveniently removable holders for any specifications or sizes of glass. The machines have its advantages of large space, uniform films coating, reasonable structure, high evacuation speed, short coating cycle, efficient productivity, easy manipulation and maintenance, etc.
Work Principle: Applying thermal evaporation or sputtering coating device by resistance heating or sputtering targets in the vacuum chamber, various mirror coating can be realized. By the metal wire fused into molecules vapor or various sputtering targets blazed by electronics under magnetic field into ions steam and deposited on the glass, the reflected film can be produced on its surface. By magnetron sputtering reacted coating technique, it can also coat or metallize various color films or iridescent film on glass.
Coupled with the subsidiary equipment DL Cryogenic Oven or poly-cold, this equipment can produce silver, grey or dark brown glass with heating insulation function. It can be also equipped with magnetron sputtering power source and cathode targets to realize high-ranking films on the glass.
Coating Process:
Step 1: Glass cleaning.
Step 2: Desiccation by stoving.
Step 3: Vacuum coating.
Step 4: Surface spraying coating.
Step 5: Finished products.
