The width of fim can be 650-2200mm,and the winding speed can be up to 600mpm.

GPW type high vaccum web coater is specialized designed for evaporating Al on PET or PP.
This type of machine is mainly used for:
①production of package materials for cigarettes and alcohol. Eg.high-gloss PET aluminum foil; PET, OPP aluminum transfer film; laser radium foil, transfer film; tobacco Backing Paper, alcohol lable aluminum ect.② production of hot stamping foil materials.eg. Equipped with reliable vacuum pumping system , This machine has the characteristic of fast puming speed, large displacement, good performance, high vacuum level.,ect. Used PLC to control pumping system, so preheat,pumping, cold-pump and fault detection and alarm can be

Using AC gear motor to control the main drum and AC inverter for regulating the speed of broadband, so regulation of the roller speed can be stable.
This machine equipped with MITSUBISHI closed-loop digital direct rewinding tension control system, tension sensor, and magnetic dynamic brake to achieve automatic permanent tension control of unwinding.This machine also use AC frequency conversion motor to achieve automatically control of rewinding system.
This machine equipped with tracking device , so that the equidistant gap winding can be kept by changed the position of rewinding accroding to the diameter of winding drum.
This machine equipped with high-power BN crucible for evaporation of Aluminum.The heating system of crucible equipped with high-power silicon control units.Numbers of crucibles enable the eveness,reliable and enough Al be coated on the basic film even in the high ruuning speed.
This equipment equipped with one set of efficienct cryo heating system.This device can low down the temperature of main drum to -15℃ when coating ,when finishing the coating this device will heat the main drum to the normal temperature.Equipped one set of cryopump ,the water vapor and the other vapor can be frozen ,so that the machine can be always running in the high vacuum condition and the pumping time can be shorten.
