Poly arc ion coating technology is kind of technology which vacuum arc discharge technology was applied to the evaporation source. That is , igniting Cathode in vacuum condition,so as to have a formation of self-sustained arc discharge between cathode and anode.namely, let the ion of cathode release from the arc point of cathode . As the current is partly concentrated, so that the generation of joule heat cause in the explosively partial ionization on the cathode. Under the influence of via pressure and reaction of compound gas, the ion deposit on the surface of the workpiece then realize the purpose of coating the films on the workpiece.GPA Poly arc ion coater is the world’s advanced PVD coating machine.Equipped with advanced electrical control system and stable coating technology,this machine can coat various type of metal on the workpiece.
